I would like to take the time to introduce myself as the new Property Manager while your current lease and payment terms will remain in effect.
FYI . we will be migrating to new platform within 30-45 days. we will notify you of the same.
Please read carefully on the onboarding Instructions. we will try to make the Transition as smooth as possible.
Onboarding Steps ->
- Please fill out a FREE Online Application at our Property Resident Portal -
- We Recommend all Residents over 18 fill out an application as it will create separate logins for you. If just one login is enough then one application will suffice.
- This Login is Required to create Maintenance Requests, pay Rent, Chat with property Manager, Rent Reporting to Credit Bureaus etc (Optional) ..
- Once I receive an application I will setup your account as per the Current Lease so you can start Paying Rent, Create Maintenance Requests etc.
- Rent Payments -> You can Pay online via Debit/Credit Card which incurs a 3.5% Fee Or Setup ACH via your bank Account which incurs 1.25$ fee per transaction Or You can Zelle transfer to 804-319-0119 For Venmo, Paypal pls contact the office at 804-319-0119.
- Please send a copy of Renter's Insurance if you already have it or please sign up for a policy and send us a copy
- Please be sure to list our company as Additional Interested party ( West End Property Management, 11539 Nuckols Rd, Ste C, Glen Allen, VA, 23059)
- Once Onboarding Is Complete, I will Stop By in Person and Say hello and make notes of the property (Optional) .
